Choosing the right real estate education program is an important decision. Our team is available seven days a week to answer questions, help you choose the right course, and support you from enrollment through licensure and beyond.

Completion time varies based on your schedule and pace of study. Once you’ve completed the Sales Agent Course, you’ll be eligible to take the Maine licensing exam. You’ll have six months of access to complete the course at your own pace, giving you the flexibility to learn when it works best for you.

No prior experience is required. Our Sales Agent Course is designed for both complete beginners and those with some familiarity with real estate. We’ll guide you through the material step-by-step and help prepare you for the Maine licensing exam.

Absolutely. We offer Associate Broker and Broker/Designated Broker licensing courses for agents ready to advance their careers, as well as Continuing Education courses for Maine and New Hampshire licensees looking to maintain their licenses and stay current with industry requirements.
